As you mentioned, we are proud of our competitive salaries and comp packages as well as our world class team-- they are truly the most of professional and kind people out there. In 2023, we had two rounds of layoffs. We are sorry that you were part of that. Although we continue to experience growth, the global economic landscape effected us as well and like most tech companies, we were not immune from layoffs and thankfully to not anticipate the need for any further layoffs.
