      Pros

      I joined TrueFoundry as one of the early engineers and have seen the company grow and achieve seemingly impossible tasks. The speed at which the company delivers products, and features and at which it runs experiments is incredible. I get to work with the smartest people. Founders are not only amazing from a technical standpoint, but they are also very modest.

      Pros

      Compensation is on the high end of normal. Nothing incredible.

      Cons

      Employees are often forced into uncomfortable and unprofessional situations- i.e. being pressured to tell a “NSFW story” by the founders as part of onboarding. Senior management can be threatening. Company has attempted to avoid honoring contractual commitments. Apart from that, product is not exciting and PMF is not evident.
