      Nice people to work. Office make use of recent technology. Job security. Decent pay for the area however underpaid for the industry.

      Customer complaints, stressful. Difficult at times to meet deadlines. Sometimes demand can not be met due to being understaffed.

      A good amount of vacation, for the area pays well. WFH

      Cons

      Incompetence is rampant, management is unwilling ot fix it. They just lean harder onto staff who know what they are doing.
