Pros
The hiring process took really long at first but I have enjoyed my first client so far. Turnberry provides a lot of support to their consultants. They offer pretty good training resources which is helpful. Would be nice to offer more official courses and certifications outside of just Udemy modules, but still a good start. Good way to get some experience with different companies and get your foot in the door.
Cons
They don't offer a good 401k plan at all and medical benefits could be way better. Also a bit stingy with their offer but hopefully if you sign on with the client they will offer more. That's the main reason I decided to accept the offer. Will update the review once the first project is over.
