There is so much turnover. A parade of new faces allows inefficient teams. Many out of state transfers pushed into daily operations. Young part-time hires everywhere that are undertrained. New hire managers burden the experienced staff they are supposed to manage. Managers even admit to no prior management experience, making poor decisions, inefficiency, and forcing good talent to leave. The only fair workload relies on having an older manager.
