Long tenured employees tend to lean towards issuing commands, micromanaging junior employees instead of being team players. Reassignment can be instantaneous without any type of notification. "I mean getting a badging request from the owner/client as the means to notify you." Reassignment will not be based on your work experience, education qualifications or career path. "Go be a safety personnel after having a career in cost management type of reassignment."
