Pros

-Strong technical talent across the team and genuinely supportive colleagues. -Exposure to interesting clients and commercially impactful projects. -Opportunity to take ownership early in your career. -Big socials - summer trip abroad all paid, big team days etc

Cons

-High turnover in some teams -Extremely tight deadlines that often feel unrealistic, leading to sustained pressure. -When projects are delayed, there can be a tendency to focus on individual fault rather than collective problem-solving. -Leadership communication can feel one-directional, with limited space for open dialogue or discussion around decisions. -Policy decisions are enforced strictly but are not always clearly explained or contextualised. -Psychological safety within teams could be improved; people can feel anxious about making mistakes.

Pros

*Generous amount of PTO and holidays *Impressive client logos for resume

Cons

I was laid off after being here for less than 7 months. I was constantly reminded of all the growth and opportunity for me within the company by leadership, was working on several client accounts and had a company-wide presentation as well as a client-facing workshop in progress. The layoff came as a shock to me, the team, the office, and even my direct manager who was not informed until after it happened. I was not the first nor will I be the last person to be laid off from Two Circles in 2026. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. It does not matter how overworked you are, they will just take your work and dump it on two overworked junior employees instead just to save a buck.
