No incentives at all . It's a family business. So they only think of their profits. Pathetic work culture. The MD promises a lot....but never delivers. Not a good company to grow. They will make you work but no one have ever received any incentives. Don't trust the MD. He would give you flowery pictures of everything and would do nothing.
