Don't Work Here - Project Egineer UCOR Employee Review

You dont want tonqork here. UCOR used to be a good company, but the CEO is extremely vindictive and political and his attitude has infected the company. Management says all the right things, but turns around and does the opposite. They fire anyone who raises questions nor concerns. The company just lost a huge contract because the engineering department couldn't design a system. They CEO is into all the trendy business moves like laying off a certain percentage of the workforce every few years to keep people scared. They just laid off a lot of good people for no reason, and only gave 2 weeks now severance. Even people who had been there 20+ years only got 2 weeks of severance.... the company is heading toward rock bottom.
