- 50% of the staff has been fired or resigned for the past year. Turnover rate is exceptionally high - No real products and number of projects are abysmally few. There are no sustainable sources of income and sales are very limited - Poor decision making and lack of care from management, who are always absent from the company, without leaving any concrete company directions.
