      NO pros with this new management

      Cons

      - 50% of the staff has been fired or resigned for the past year. Turnover rate is exceptionally high - No real products and number of projects are abysmally few. There are no sustainable sources of income and sales are very limited - Poor decision making and lack of care from management, who are always absent from the company, without leaving any concrete company directions.

      1. The company lacked the ability to handle personnel management after a change in the management level. 2. The company did not care about its employees and forced them to resign within a short period of time. 3. The core executives of the company had no clear direction in terms of management, business and sales. 4. The company showed little regard to its employees' original roles, JDs and assigned colleagues to inappropriate positions without proper consideration. 5. The company has maintained a below-market-standard salary level and unattractive, baseline benefit package for a long time.
