Not the best - Advertiser UNATION (FL ) Employee Review

In today's world having the ability to work from anywhere is key. The flexibility we get with this company is something that people don't see much unless they start their own business, and even then there's so much responsibility attached to it. This is a great place to work in that regard because there's very little pressure and tons of freedom.

I would say the pay rate could be a little higher given the inflation we're seeing nowadays.

You are a 10-99 employee so no benefits, no PTO, nothing a "regular job" would provide. You have to be okay with this even though they will tell you they will offer benefits next year - they've been saying this for YEARS. Your role will probably change here after 3 months based on them letting people go. It's a constant rotation of people in and out. Red flag. Like many who work here, everything was AMAZING at the beginning. I got along with my coworkers, had fun, worked so hard - then one day everything flipped. I felt the "leadership" didn't like me and were trying to push me out even though I was doing my work and I was giving it MY ALL, When I would ask if I was doing anything wrong or for areas of improvement based on the energy I was receiving from leadership, I was told no and I was doing amazing which confused me? This happens to everyone who is let go. One day they change their attitude and then 6 months later you're out of a job. You work on Basecamp, no email so no paper trails. No HR. They have been known to cut peoples paychecks with only a few weeks notice or pay them up to 10 days late.
