Overworked and underpaid. Management doesn’t care about you, all they care about if putting more money in their pockets. You get sick with covid? They’ll put you in a PTO hole and not let you file for unemployment when they cut your hours in half. They’ll lower your pay without any care in the world. These people are con artists!! They don’t care about their staff at all. Constant bullying but management doesn’t care. No confidentiality with any complaint. Favorites get their way.
