      Above Average pay for local staff. IP enjoys excellent benefits, as many school fees are paid for them. Housing is also subsidized.

      Cons

      You have to fight if you want to move up unless you make buddy-buddy with senior management.

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
