Pros
Helped me pay for college while providing me with much needed job experience. Some managers were great, others were awful. To get promoted, you just need to know the right people. Skills and successes are irrelevant.
Cons
Don't care how much you work or any obligations outside work. The higher the manager, the less they care and more they swear. Very stressful job for the little pay you get, no matter your successes.
