      Pros

      Met some of the best people I know while I was in the Air Force. A couple of lifelong friends. Your experience job wise will vary by location and leadership.

      Cons

      If you don't like your leadership or your job, you will simply have to put up with it until you can either move bases or switch jobs (about 2 years)

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
