      Lots of responsibility from the start. Travel & work around the world. Top-notch education & training. Unbeatable benefits.

      Cons

      Must start at the bottom. Long hours. No overtime. Can't quit any time. High physical, medical, performance and behavior standards.

      lots of RTO, highly indicative of managers that only understand work is happening when they see it happening.

      Pros

      Its a good start to wanting to learn stability and being able to be consistence at receiving a pay every two weeks.

      Cons

      Its hard to provide for a family when you don't get paid for overtime and you're basically living pay check to pay check due to bills
