Pros
Had really fun times on the projects I've worked on, made some great friends there, and work atmosphere was amazing! But not because company was cherishing it but because I had luck to work with amazing group of people! Still most fun and responsibility I had at work even on Junior level.
Cons
Company is not recognizing effort and progress being made out of passion. They will force you in lower ranks so they pay you less...
