      Pros

      Pretty much the title. The work culture is fantastic (obviously depends on studio), the work is rewarding and you get to work on some prestige projects.

      Cons

      Salaries haven't been budging and it's hard on the wallet as they don't even adjust for inflation. Hard to follow global strategy and future decisions, and the ones that I can are confusing and seem counter intuitive for success.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
