Thanks very much for taking the time to provide feedback. I am pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the company benefits that UMe offer their employees. We do believe that our Tower Bride office is a great place to work, and we will continue to see how the space can be utilised to ensure teams are able to meet in person when needed. I am disappointed to hear that you do not feel that the culture of UMe is not inclusive. In order to ensure we are developing the right products for our environment; we have had to make difficult decisions that have resulted in some people leaving the business due to redundancy. Whilst we accept that some of the changes have been difficult, The Leadership Team believe that these well thought through changes will ensure we are a successful business. We regularly ask for feedback from our employees through different channels, in order to see how people are feeling, what we do well and what concerns them.
