Unilink software Response
4yWe are sorry to see that you did not have a pleasant experience at Unilink, we try our best to make improvements and take onboard employees concerns and complaints. Thank-you for your comments.
Our staff turnover rate is lower than average and we have not dismissed a single employee due to Covid or because of a lockdown, nor did we layoff or furlough any employees. We actually recruited over fifty staff during the main period of the pandemic to just under two hundred today.
We have been looking at offices in Newcastle to make the move to a more modern and comfortable environment, this has taken time because we are consulting with Employees on what is important to them and we strive to meet these demands. We have recently located a very modern office and expect to move in the next 3-4 months.
I would like to look into your role and speak to your former manager about being employed as a back end engineer only to work on front end test, if you could email me at hr@unilink.com I will be able to investigate this further.
We strive to celebrate good work with awards such as on the spot awards and the chairman’s awards, the results of a recent survey suggest we are strong at communication throughout the business.
The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To achieve this Unilink recruits across the UK, Europe and Australia to promote diversity across all departments, allow for flexible and remote working because we believe each Employee has individual needs and requirements.
