Pros

-Flexible working standard and encouraged -Good equipment provided to employees -Communicative and friendly staff -Competitive salary

Cons

I was hired and made redundant, with another colleague, within the span of two months. My team was massively downsized, with very little warning. They ended up keeping fewer testers than development teams, which is madness, and word on the grapevine is that they've ended up asking some of the redundant testers to return. Shameless. HR and very immediate line management were the only sources of compassion in this process- employees that had served for years were let go with little fanfare.

Concerning blame and bullying culture- I read a response in a review from HR that they take bullying seriously….. this isn’t true. Blatantly away of the culture and the senior management involved but can’t do anything about it.
