Pros

-Integrity-One of the 1st things that stood out to me about in my 1st interview was the integrity I felt my manager had as a employer. Then when I started I saw that same integrity in my peers. -Work ethic- I love how this company respects the work they do and values the roles of others. I love how workplace is used to cultivate company synergy and provide best practices, recognition and I feel it really united people at UR from all over. - Genuine care for employees. I feel there is genuine care from the leadership of this company and that they value their employees and want them to grow and develop. I see a lot of compassion and concern to develop people.

Cons

- I get bored easily, so at times when work is slow I don't feel much is provided to keep me occupied. I realized different branches have different level of activity at times but I feel during down times different projects, trainings or developmental work can be provided so we can constantly use our time at work to be productive and stay sharp. -Technology- I feel as a company we are somewhat outdated in our technology. Computer systems are slow and computer software is older. I feel we can move QUICKER and be top notch if we upgrade our technology! -Not as appealing to the Millennial generation. I am a Millennial and I notice the culture of the company Is a bit more inviting to the older generation which is GREAT! bc its our foundation, however as a millennial there are certain things in the culture I feel could be altered or adjusted to invite and engage that generation for long term loyalty and contribution.

Pros

Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

Cons

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
