Union and benefits. Some of the mechanics are cool and easy to get along with.
Cons
The worst Job I ever held. Back stabbing management. Treat you terrible if your not liked. You feel like a prisoner while at work. Would not work there if they even paid me a million dollars. They have a very hard time finding techs and retaining because of poor treatment.
