Pros
I've been extremely fortunate to work with some amazing people over the past 30 years, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Nearby College Town is wonderful; easy to walk up for a quick lunch, or just stroll and window shop.
Cons
Having to pay for horrible parking tops the list. The culture at UR has become to refuse pay raises (outside of the ridiculous 2% annual [if you walk on water] increase) and deny promotions while simultaneously doubling the workload. Senior leadership and HR could not care less. iCare is a complete farce.
