      Pros

      Job comes with a good salary and commission. Clean and modern office space. Very Flexible work patterns

      Cons

      Limited parking compared to number of employees, lack of team building (outside of work) , and working occaisonal Saturdays.

Team building outside of work has been problematic recently with COVID-19 restrictions, but it is something we usually do a lot of. We have tried to work around the restrictions as much as possible and we do have more in the pipeline, so watch this space.       - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Cons

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
