The people here are a real highlight - knowledgeable, collaborative, and always open to sharing best practices to help each other succeed. Looking ahead, the 2025 product roadmap is the most ambitious I’ve seen, showing that the company is aware of the competitive landscape and is taking active steps to stay ahead as the market leader. While new leadership had to navigate some challenges left over from before their time, they’ve shown a recent willingness to take accountability, make adjustments, and correct things where needed — especially from a sales team perspective. They’re open to change, and it's clear their goal is to take UserTesting to the next level as an enterprise organisation. What’s encouraging is that they’re focusing not only on what’s best for the business, but also addressing the issues within the internal culture and moving to a focus on retaining employees.
