Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and more importantly, thank you for your commitment and contributions over the past five years. That kind of tenure speaks to your deep involvement in the company’s journey, and we do not take that for granted.
We are truly sorry to hear that recent changes have affected your experience so significantly. At Usercentrics, we are constantly striving to grow as a company while preserving the culture and values that helped us succeed in the first place. It is clear from your feedback that some of that balance has not felt right to you, and we take that seriously.
We want to clarify one important point: colleagues who were hired on fully remote contracts are not being asked to return to the office. If this has not aligned with your personal situation, or if there has been a misunderstanding, we would really appreciate the opportunity to speak further – please feel free to reach out directly to hr@usercentrics.com.
Our hybrid working approach is a part of a broader effort to encourage and nurture in-person collaboration, strengthen team bonds, and make the most of the creative and engaging initiatives in which the company invests significantly. This is also grounded on findings of how human interaction (including at the workplace) is so necessary for mental health and wellbeing.
Thank you once again for sharing your feedback! We truly value your experience and dedication to Usercentrics.
