Pros

It's a smaller company so individual contribution really matters and is valued. You get to see how a business is run. And it's never boring.

Cons

Fewer people taking vacations thanks to inflation than in previous years.

Pros

A paycheck hopefully. Don't count on benefits, they don't exist.

Cons

Do I have time for it all? This was by far the biggest waste of time at a job I have ever experienced. From empty promises, and CEO expecting 210% from you for 70% of the pay, and not to mention him talking behind people's back 24/7 about his CURRENT employees, to subtle racism about his off shore employees, constant bragging about his possessions, and never taking accountability and always deflecting. If you want all that then be my guest. No matter how sweet the pot is, do not fall for it. He only wants people that take orders and never questions him. If he does ask for your opinion it's to take credit for your idea or shut you down and do whatever he wants anyway since he knows best. I also heard him say that he "needs this business to do better to continue living the lifestyle that I'm accustomed to" and "I'm going to have to focus on doing something else to afford my nice vacations and trips" if he wasn't so focused on immediately spending his revenue on Bahama trips for father's day, he would probably be able to afford to fix some very necessary items on his obviously ragged homes.
