      Pros

      Utilize is one of the best companies I have worked for in my 35 years of being in the workforce. They take great care of their employees, not just financially but also psychologically. The money is good and their benefits are plentiful! I would highly recommend anyone thinking about joining this company to do so, as they will not regret it and the experience will be well worth it.

      Cons

      I joined Utilize as they acquired the previous company I worked for over a year ago, so far in that time I have yet to find any real cons to speak of. Moving from a small company to being part of a far larger organisation took some getting used to, however everyone was keen to reach out and help with the adjustment

      - Nice people - Feed The Team - A monthly free food event - Nice focus on staff

      Cons

      - Lack of staffing - lead to high unmanageable workload, and constantly hitting above what is expected - can lead to burnout - Pay does not reflect the job title and what is expected of individuals - specifically strong in service desk - Transparency can be weak - No real plan of action to resolve the service desk strong issues of not enough staff to tickets ratio - company focuses on being fast, reliable, and cheap which isn’t possible to succeed all

      Childish reward scheme Too conscious on ESG and B-Corp certification rather than the service and operations they deliver to customers. Robotic service
