Pros
Great professional people, great benefits, great pay and a lot of incentives to improve professional growth.
Cons
Even though there are several tools in place to prevent discrimination for POC there aren't many tools in place to 'keep' older workers let alone hire older workers. Especially, when faced with a choice of which people to lay-off to save money during a pandemic. Human resources are clueless and disconnected from the employee experience - again even though there are several tools in place for transparency. I could go on and on regarding HR and the unprofessionalism I was faced with regarding being recruited and my relocation, not to mention the lay-off. Very, very cold. You feel like family when you are employed but when they lay you off you are nothing. Upper management can’t even give you a Linked-In review because it is frowned upon. Almost unforgivable how I was treated after everything my family went through to relocate to Denver.
