Poor work life balance. Toxic culture. Narcissistic yet undereducated leadership team (CEO and COO) who know absolutely nothing about quality patient care nor have any experience with patient care. Non-adherent to core values or organization mission. Quantity over quality. Unappreciative to employees hard work, dedication, years of service, and patient care knowledge. Culture that thrives on devaluing and belittling as a coping mechanisms for their underlying internal incompetencies.
