Staffing issues lead to burnout, high turnover, and unnecessary stress on clinical employees. Concerns raised by staff are not consistently acknowledged or addressed in a meaningful way. So many way better hospice agencies please don’t choose this company. You will regret it for your loved one that is a dollar bill.
