Hours: flexible schedules. People worked overtime when deadlines loomed but it was not the norm.
Design: a fairly high level of design considering this office focused on more corporate work
Cons
-Seemed like there was not a great deal of upward mobility in the company unless someone left. Lots of titles but that did not necessarily translate to additional design experience or responsibilities
- not a lot of transparency as far as how the business was run or project profitability
-reviews were sporadic
