      I had a good manager, and health benefits are generally good

      Bad leadership. Changing processes over a short period of time and without proper planning, causing chaos and stress on business units, and unhappy customers.

      Corruption and lying in management roles seems like an actual prerequisite. You're expected to be available 7 days per week regardless of what they tell you. You'll never advance if you don't join in on the toxic positivity and drink the kool-aid.
