Used to have talented people but 90% left Varonis and moved to cloud and mobile computing.
Cons
Draining of talent really fast. Even the stock is falling sharply since IPO. The company needs to adopt cloud or else it will fail. It's no longer fun in the office. HR and Management needs to think of smart ways to revive the office culture.
