      1. Very good projects which encourages good and in-depth learning of latest technologies. 2. Using cutting edge technologies and domains like Machine Learning, Cloud, DevOps, AI etc. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Free books, online courses, Coursera and Udacity Nanodegrees, Hackathons, many more. Encouragement to learn for the willing. 5. Great work culture, not at all hierarchical. Performance is rewarded. Encourages personal growth.
