      Pros

      - Excellent onboarding & training (by the end of the 1st month I was familiar with the company processes and fully integrated in the team). - Very tech-savvy company and employees. All systems and procedures are optimized, efficient and agile. Fostering collaboration, productivity, and engagement from everyone involved. - Supportive and encouraging senior management (always available for 1-2-1 video calls to provide advice/trainings/help). - Very professional and friendly environment (although most teams/departments work remotely from different parts of the globe, everyone keeps in touch via the several communication platforms used by the company).

      Cons

      - no cons to register so far, the overall experience has been extremely positive.

      The training is a lot and can be overwhelming.

We would be very keen to hear how you think we could best fix that. Decreasing volume? Extending training to 3 weeks? Tailoring further? Let us know if there are areas, in particular, we should be looking at.

      Pros

      - The work environment is excellent. Across all levels and departments, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. - A great place to develop your career. At Venga you are given all the opportunities to learn and grow. The company is really investing into you and trying to bring you forward. - Lots of flexibility. It’s of course always better to work from the office, but if client work allows, it’s ok to work from home or even remotely from another country if you want to visit family abroad for example. - You work with a bunch of very bright people. They are experts in their field and always ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm. This leads to some very innovative solutions. - Your opinion matters. At Venga your voice is heard and management is always happy to hear your ideas and suggestions to streamline processes. - Great benefits

      Cons

      None really. You are working on the vendor side, so expect it to be very busy at times. But overall it’s a great company to work for.
