      Good people, laid back atmosphere, and diverse challenges A very flat organization with a lot of interaction between senior management and staff

      Cons

      low morale due to unclear strategy buying numerous assets and then selling them in just a couple of years behind in benefits and education opportunities

      There is always something new to learn and co-workers are like a second family. Great balance between work and personal life. Great benefits and incentives for employees to want to stay.

      Cons

      Wasn't able to advance within as quickly as I would have liked, due to no open opportunity.
