Pros
Exposure to Fortune 500 accounts working with domestic and international projects. Recognition for achievement is appreciated. Immediate management does a good job of bridging gap between individual contributors and upper management.
Cons
Frequent reduction in force creating instability and limited loyalty in employee base. Sales atmosphere is very stressful and demanding. Short term focus of goals. Too much work being shifted from competent seasoned employees in U. S. to inexperienced overseas employees.
