Pros
They have good benefits. It's a big company and as such you get to work with expensive systems that you might not elsewhere. It's financially stable, generally speaking people keep there phones and internet connections even in bad financial times. They have good educational benefits especially, they will pay for eight thousand dollars of classes a year. They also have advanced degree programs taught on location after work.
Cons
The environment is drab, don't work here if you like sunlight. The work isn't very fulfilling. The whole culture is intensely and lamely corporate. It's not cutting edge. Salaries aren't great compared to similar companies. The annual raises are small and it's not easy to get a raise for any other reason. The food is bad, like prison food.
