Flexible work timings,Exposure to critical projects early in career.very few good project with good teammates.No bench. Everyone is on a project.Good brand name associated with your Resume.If you work hard and your manager and subordinates are good and say in upper management then you grow at fast pace.
Cons
Company policies sucks. no reverse feedback mechanism.lot of favoritism by managers, autocracy by managers,indirectly forcing employees to work for more than 12 hrs,less Job security,Incompetent senior management in India, employees rated high for performance are not promoted but only employees who don't question the actions of supervisors are promoted. Utterly suicidal, consequences are already there to see, attrition rate is over 23%,People are just running away. Once you know the reality, u just want to run away.
