Pros
For a call center in Houston, TX. the pay and benefits were great. Tuition reimbursement, phone plan, working conditions, etc. are great. Great for students because you can study for free with the beneftis.
Cons
The supervisors thing thaty are on cloud 7 because since they can monitor your calls. They are so incompetent but they need to stroke there poor ego. Also some customers will call yelling, but as long as you tell yourself that they are cussing at the company and not you, you will be fine.
