Sales LEADERSHIP -When I was hired in here I was preached to about how excellent the culture was and how unbeatable it was. I was told it would take “18 months to ramp up and really know what I was doing”. My hiring manager got promoted 5 months into the role for me and they brought in some hot shot cut throat who put everyone on PIPS regardless of tenure. I was 3 months live in territory and put on a PIP even though I built a monster pipe and had many deals ready to close for Q2. Bottom line they brought in new leadership who was awful and treated people awful and started firing people on the team. Horrible management. Offers no feedback during 1-1s or help with anything at all. Don’t work for their “lower corp” space. You’ll be shown the door before one year is up if you’re not hitting numbers. Although “it takes 18 months to ramp up and know what you’re doing”.
