VN is a small, young company with exceptional talent & strong commitment to growth & innovation. The phrase “small but mighty” really captures that. In my 35+ years experience, this is the first company I’ve worked for that li we up to everything they told me in my interview. They truly practice the company’s core values & mission statement & only hire people that are committed to carrying it out. I think that’s one of the reasons we have such a good work environment. The bottom line is, we have a great company, great product, great team, & great customers! VN is in a strong position growth trajectory & is the perfect place for someone that wants to grow with them.
Cons
No company is perfect & with growth comes growing pains. We certainly have our share, but the team responds quickly & top leadership is transparent about what is happening. The team respects one another & when issues arrive, we collectively roll up our sleeves & correct it!
