Although my response to this posting is dated, I recognize the importance to address all previous feedback from prior years as VSI continues to mature and improve our social media presence. Thank you for your feedback regarding your time spent with VSI. Over the years we have built VSI to be a family oriented, team-driven, industry leading company. We understand the contracting industry can be tough but we believe in caring for our employees and our communities. In order to accomplish our mission we not only provide jobs for Veterans but also support local non-profits, provide resume building, and other support services for Veterans and community members. Because of our strong team we are able to continue to grow our outreach and support services. We have Site Leads and Program Managers that work directly with our folks “on the ground” every day. They are backed-up by an Operations team of professionals led by a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who continuously makes visits (on behalf of all senior company leadership) on a routine bases to our contract on-site locations. As for our benefits and pay, we work hard with our clients in order to provide the best possible pay and benefits packages based on an individuals’ experience and qualifications. John T.
