The management team are always open, honest and give updates on the direction of the company. Everyone cares about the work they do and are passionate about supporting others at the company. The company culture is great and there is always a feel good factor. There is a mutual respect between everyone and the work we're doing to push Vevox forwards in the market space.
Cons
As a growing company workload at times can be a challenge and wearing multiple hats. This only means the company is even more focussed on working on the important stuff and not 'the nice to have' activities... so never really an issue and there is always a supportive team on hand!
