      Pros

      Great atmosphere Great company - lots of job benefits (healthcare, Gym contribution etc) Flexible working hours Hybrid working Amazing management Great easy to use product, makes me proud to work for the company.

      Cons

      Communication Gaps - hybrid work can sometimes make collaboration hard. Limited Career Progression - Due to the companies small size Remote Work Challenges - sometimes can feel there is slight isolation.

      Pros

      A caring environment. A great product. An awesome team. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with ease. Flexible working. Supportive management team. The management team are always open, honest and give updates on the direction of the company. Everyone cares about the work they do and are passionate about supporting others at the company. The company culture is great and there is always a feel good factor. There is a mutual respect between everyone and the work we're doing to push Vevox forwards in the market space.

      Cons

      As a growing company workload at times can be a challenge and wearing multiple hats. This only means the company is even more focussed on working on the important stuff and not 'the nice to have' activities... so never really an issue and there is always a supportive team on hand!
