Over worked, underpayed, completely used by the company - Cook/Dishwasher Via 313 Employee Review

Pros

Besides the maybe once a week free pizza that everyone shares in the kitchen. Or the $5 - $10 gift card you can earn randomly for overworking yourself. Not much. You learn how to make "Detroit style" deep dish pizza; which is a phrase made by the company. Pizza in a pan. They do have insurance if you work there a year.

Cons

You will be incredibly overworked depending on what you do here, as a dishwasher you will be a one man team most likely doing dishes for the kitchen and floor. working hours after everyone leaves because no one will help (in my experience). Moving up in the company will be halted unless you are willing to be there for years at a barely supplemental hourly rate. And under-paid despite profits. My store was recording a 3x profit increase during Covid-19 though everyone never receive a better salary through the immense work increase. The lead line cooks made around 14.50 during my time and dishwashers 13.50. No scheduled breaks besides lunch. You don't leave your post unless you get permission from a shift lead.

Pros

-great staff culture -healthcare benefits

Cons

-no bonus plan for entry-level -promise growth but just used and never compensated -questionable leadership, decision decisions including how HR handled situations (yikes!) -ever since acquired by savory management LLC upper leadership has their priorities mixed up, focusing more on staff issues that are nonexistence rather than food safety and health issues that should have been focused on. Whole company felt like a money grab focusing on the new next special and throwing money at the next big thing rather than focusing on things that counted like food, quality, consistency, etc..
