however, as the company has grown. that how it become less "family" but i guess its natual flow in any other company startup of 30 people can never remain family when it grows as the years goes by and it become 300 people..

- Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead)
- I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work
- No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
